Amelia & Ben chose a stunning lily garden to host their Wedding in Waihi, in the Corromandel.
Stunning location-check, blue skies an warm breeze-check, gorgeous couple-check! I could go on..but needless to say it was a warm sunny, stunning day in Waihi, NZ.
Bee's were a theme for their special day, with little packets of wild flower seeds for every guest to plant, not only to remember this special occasion by, but to encourage bees into our gardens too.
I have known Amelia & Ben for many years, even though we have not seen each other for many.
I was super privileged to be asked to attend and photograph their Wedding day, with flights & accommodation booked, I counted down the days.
It was fantastic to see them both again. It was an intimate wedding with special & meaningful touches at every turn, from the heartfelt speeches, to the wild flower seeds, to home made honey & lemonade drink, to help yourself ice cream cart, the home made 'photobooth' made from branches hanging from a tree with props near by, and much more!!
